Cost of Living of Family with 2 children in HK (Hong Kong)

Hi everyone, i am moving to HK soon for my new job with my family. My children are 2 years and 4 years old. One of them will continue his pre-school education in HK.

1. We need an apartment with 2 bed rooms. My budget for rental will be around 10,000 to 15,000 HKD. which area should i look for? I will be working at Central.

2. Any idea what is the pre-school fees in HK?

3. What could be the monthly living expenses in HK for family with 4 members?
