Diabetic Doctors or Clinics (Hong Kong)

My husband and I are moving to Hong Kong in a week and he has recently been diagnosed with type I diabetes. Does anyone have a doctor they would recommend? We need to find one pretty soon after we land to help monitor his progress. Or do you know of any speciality centers for diabetes?
