driven food safety manager moving to Hong Kong
I am moving to Hong Kong on 01st April hopefully for life.
I have just left England and my latest job as Technical Manager (Food Industry), leading and manage a team of skilled people to achieve food safety, legality and the highest possible quality of products, based on the principles of BRC issue 6, ISO Protected content ISO Protected content .
I have been lucky enough to work for over eight years with a broad range of products and processes within the food manufacturing sector covering: fruit, salads, ready meals, dips, bakery and cereals, acquiring a broad range of skills.
