English courses in HK (Hong Kong)

Hello,
my girlfriend would like to attend an intensive English course in the second halfyear in Protected content Hongkong. She attended the secondary modern school in Germany and attended an English course for about 4 years in school. So she already has some experiences but not that much.

And now we are searching for a group English course, maybe on Hongkong island.
We already attempted in the British Council but they accept only students with Hongkong ID.

If you have an idea or a proposal we would be very happy…!!!
