Foundation samples in HK (Hong Kong)

Hello all my lovely ladies out there.
Is it just me, or is it quite hard to get (foundation) samples from the counters here in Hong Kong? I'm currently in a huge search for a good foundation. And I just want to try it out at home before I splurge hundreds of dollars on a small bottle of liquid.
Have you succeeded at any counter, tell me where :)
