Group fitness training in Hong Kong
I would like to introduce Fitness Compass' group training classes. We run regular circuit training style group classes every Wednesday morning at 7am and Saturday afternoons at 230pm. In 60 minutes, we will go through a full body workout circuit with functional equipment including TRX suspension trainer, kettlebells as well as speed and agility training, come to have fun and train to get strong and fit. These classes are suitable to all fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes!
We also run monthly classes which focus on introducing one new exercise equipment and training method per class. Past classes have included fit ball, TRX suspension trainer, Power Plate, Gravity training systems and Kettlebell training.
Private group training sessions are also available.
