Guidance on Expat Compensation and Relo packages (Hong Kong)

I am currently negotiating an executive leadership position with a well-established Chinese-owned and managed company. They have never hired a non-Chinese employee before and have asked me to specify the details of compensation and relo from US as the basis for further negotiation. I have the choice of living in HK or Shenzhen. I will be bringing my family with me. Would anyone be willing to talk about details of their own package or experience with me? I would also welcome a referral me to a compensation professional.
