Guidance to start in Hong Kong

Hi All,

I am travelling to HK for a job interview next week. I need some guidance to my interview. and of course guidance to discuss on the package. Listed below are questions that come to my mind.

1) What should i prepare for the interview? Attire? and document
2) What should i expect for a expat package? such as salary, medical, accommodation, transportation, etc. and how should i negotiate on the package?
3) How does the HK taxation goes about?
4) What should i expect working in HK? culture shock? weather? working environment?

Last but not least, if i am travelling on a day basis before flying back to my home country, where can i go for a visit?
