How to go to Gdansk??? (Hong Kong)

Hi, all.

I am a Japanese living in HK, I have wanted to go to Poland for a long time, but I don't know which route/flight I should take from HK.
I checked with some travel agencies in HK, however their replies were not what I wanted to know...( I think they don't know well about Poland)

My plan for the trip as bellow( maybe for next summer? )
I am planning to start off at Kraków, and I am heading for Gdansk via Warszawa, Malbork, and then fly back to HK.

Or do I need to wait for a new airport in Berlin to be opened???, I would be glad if someone give me advise, thank you~
