Importing Pets/Quarantine Costs? (Hong Kong)

Hi,
We are thinking about moving to Hong Kong for work with our dog and 2 cats. From the research I have done they will need to be in quarantine for a minimum of 4 months.
Does anyone have any ideas about costs of quarantine?
Can anyone recommend an 'animal' agent to help with this process?
