Limited vs Unlimited (Hong Kong)

I got a question to ask all of you.

I am in the midst of preparing to open my company and came across the obvious question: to open a limited company or unlimited company. I am sure all the entrepreneurs on this forum have come across this question before and I generously ask for your advice. I have personally heard that most companies do not like to deal with unlimited company.

If the industry I am settling is a B2B environment, would opening a limited company be the better route?
