living in HK on HKG 78,000 a month... doable?? (Hong Kong)

Hi everyone!

My husband is interviewing for a job in HK next week. We are very excited! However, he seems a little worried that we won't be able to afford a decent living since the start pay is HKG 78,500 a month. We are a family of Protected content have a 2 year old daughter.

What kind of apartment are we going to be able to rent? How tight is money going to be? I want to look for rentals but have no idea about the areas... We have never been to HK.

Any advice?
