Urgently looking for a Marketing Coordinator

We are now looking for a Programme Coordinator working in our team.

Job Description

Co-ordinate existing certificate programmes including liaising with overseas profesisonal associations, Education Bureau and other governmental bodies

Sourcing and bringing in new certificate programmes including application to Education Bureau and other accreditation bodies

Devising and implementing promotion strategies for all certificate programmes through publications and other press / media events

Organize informational seminars to promote courses, etc.

Work closely with sales & marketing team in promoting the programmes including writing marketing related articles and materials

Responsible for administration of the programmes including budgeting, cost control, admissions, faculty liaison, student enquiries, onsite management, compilation of course materials, etc.

Maintain databases and compile statistical reports for report to senior management
Qualification / Requirements:

Degree holder in business administration, marketing, other social sciences related disciplines

Minimum 5 years' solid administration experience; with training related background preferred in tertiary / continuing education

Substantial experience in managing a range of collaborative education project

Significant experience in dealing with senior executives

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Native or near native proficiency in English; Chinese knowledge is preferable

Mature, detail-oriented, self-motivated, multi-task and able to work under tight deadlines

Good computer literary, proficiency in MS office, Powerpoint, Excel, ACCESS and other database

Working outside normal office hours and during weekends if required
