Below is the PR details based on Muslim applicants from Negara Sumber.

PR rate and terms
1.MY Permanent Resident (PR) price RM 100,000 for Muslim under Negara Sumber and the total processing time is within 4 months maximum.
1st step..
Below are the document list that required for PR submission.
DOCUMENT REQUIRED
1) Full passport pages copy in colour
Protected content size picture in blue background
Protected content size picture in white background
4) Submission Fee RM 30,000
The above process will take within 20 days time and letter will be issued from Home Ministry to NRD Department.
2nd Step..
When the letter is issue from home ministry to NRD Department which means all the verification from Interpol, Police and Immigration has been done and success.
3rd Step..
Will call for Biometri at JPN in English it called National Registration Department (NRD)
4th Step..
Within 10 to 15 working days have to go for the thumb print and might need to hand over the passport for submission to immigration for online entry and the applicant details all will be online and must pay RM 55,000.
5th Step..
Within 45 working days need to go JPN/NRD Office to collect the applicant PR card and pay the last payment RM 15,000.00

2.MY Permanent Resident (PR) price RM 105,000 for Non Muslim from Negara Sumber and the total process take within 4 months maximum.
1st step..

4) Submission Fee RM 35,000
The above process will take within 20 days time and letter will be issued from Home Ministry to NRD Department.
2nd Step..

3.Below is MyKAS details for Muslim and Non Muslim.
RM 45,000 for MyKAS Protected content and if overstay have to pay extra RM 3,500 to clear the overstay.
Must submit at minimum 3 applicants.
Below is the Payment mode.
Step 1
Submission must pay RM 15,000 with documents as listed below.
1) Passport full scan copy
Protected content size picture each in blue and white background.
Step 2
During the thumb print time must pay RM 15,000 plus the overstay payment if the client is overstay.
Last payment RM 15,000 when collecting the MyKAS Card and hand over the passport for permit masuk entry.
Pls Note
The 5 yrs card depends on the applicant passport validity. If the validity is less then 5 yrs the applicant will get that much yr and after renew the passport will get the remaining yr when submit to NRD/JPN Department.
So pls make sure the applicant passport is 7 yrs validity..
The below rate is for China, Middle East and other then Negara Sumber.
RM 80,000.00 for MyKAS Protected content and if overstay have to pay extra RM 3,500 to clear the overstay.
Must submit at minimum 3 applicants.

(4) Refugee Applications: UNCHR,kuala lumpur
The below rate is for Myanmar, Sri Lanka Tamil, Non Muslim Pakistan, Afganistan, Somalia, Turkey, Syria.
RM 15,500.00 for UNCHR - Refugee Status
The 5 yrs card depends on the applicant passport validity. If the validity is less then 5 yrs the applicant will get that much yr and after renew the passport…
Once the applicant has obtained the Refugee status Card he can never,never go back to his original home country
