moving to HK with girlfriend: help and suggestions (Hong Kong)

Hi guys,

I'm 30 and I'm going to evaluate a job offer in Hong Kong, and I'd need your help in order to understand how to manage the move together with my girlfriend.
The plan would be for me to move in advance, and then to be reached by her after a Protected content acclimatization period.

So my doubts at this stage are:
1. Would be a problem for her to come with a tourist visa first, and then to search a job in the following 3 months in order to convert it to working visa?
2. She studied arts in Venice and currently works as restorer, painter and decorator. Do you think she will easily find a job in this field?
3. My office would be in Kowloon bay area. How much should be the budget for a reasonable 2 people flat around there? Any suggestion for other nice/calm area for a young couple?
4. How much should be a salary which allows a reasonable life for 2 people, without exceeding in parties/night life (excluding house cost) ?

Any opinion and suggestion will be more than welcome!!
