New contacts in HK, architecture + design area (Hong Kong)

Hi everyone,
I'm an Italian architect and designer, I will be in Guangzhou + Hong Kong from Jul 26th to Aug 1st.
We'll meet a real estate company for providing our architectural and design services.
I'd be interested in developing further local contacts and business in that area.
In any case I'd like any suggestion from you about Guangzhou + Hong Kong because it's the first time there for me!
