Customer Care Professional - At American Express we want to deliver superior service, drive efficiency and encourage growth, as a Customer Care Professional we want you to make people smile, create positive relationships and enhance customer experience for a living.
What you will do as a Customer Care Professional:
• Use your 3 months training to deliver exceptional service to educate our card members
• Work to realistic targets to build your success, gaining personal satisfaction from achieving your best
• Walk, talk and react like a human; we want our customers to know you understand their issues and what you’re doing to help them
• Listen to the real need, find what you can give the customer that they don’t know is there and create powerful solutions to get the job done the first time
What you will need?
• Customer service experience is key but so is the right attitude, so if you have gained your experience through a part time role only, we would still love to hear from you
• You love talking to people, get a kick out of helping and want to do your best
• Strong verbal communication skills including active listening, in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• You live by strong values, taking pride in what you do, get to work on time and enjoy working in a structured environment
• Passionate about what you want to do for a living, adding your own flair to your customer service and truly listening to customers to give exceptional customer service
