Hi folks
I have really bad back problems(discs are wearing down and protruding so all sorts of associated pain) so I really want to exercise regularly Protected content per week to strengthen my core and lose weight.
Can I get peoples advice on what would be best for me? Just joining a gym is pointless, but more than $250 per session is unaffordable as I'm not rolling in money.
