Prescriptions for non-HK residents - cost/time (Hong Kong)

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could help me to find a good private doctor who can prescribe me an EpiPen in HongKong. I have a severe anaphylactic allergy to peanuts. I reside in mainland China, where EpiPens are not prescribed, and am travelling to Vietnam at the end of of June. I want to be carrying an EpiPen during my trip.

- How long do prescriptions usually take to process? I was thinking of booking an appointment with a doctor in HK, getting the prescription, then picking it up the next day (same-day would be even better) and flying straight to Vietnam from HK.
- How much do appointments with private physicians cost for foreign non-HK residents? I've seen fees of around Protected content online, just wanted to see if anyone could confirm.
