Reasonably Priced Office Rooms? (Hong Kong)

Recently moved to HK with my family for my new job. While I have an office with my company, my wife is lacking one for her freelance career. We have tried coffee shops and working at home, but realized they were not the best environment to focus on work. We have looked at business centers, yet they are out of our budget. Does anyone know of small and reasonably priced office space near Central? (Close to my office!) Much appreciated.
