Road Cycling in HK (?) (Hong Kong)

I'm an avid road cyclist and am looking for inputs about cycling clubs and where one might find places around the HK area and could have a nice ride anywhere from 15 to 50 miles. I understand there are some paved bike paths in the Northern Territory and maybe within HK proper.

Would appreciated any input and perhaps references to weekend bike clubs that I might explore.
