Short Hong Kong

Hi guys! Hope you had a good start in this new week!?!
I am going to Hong Kong at the 23 or 24 of may and will be staying for 2 days.
(If I can get my plane tickets and will be finished with some of my work here)
Do you have any recomondation as in shopping or sight seeing which I have to do,
when I`m in Hong Kong?! :)

You don`t have getting togethers, do you?
Like we could all meet up somewhere or just hang ou together?!?
And... does anybody knows a real good japanese restuarant???
