stay at home mums/ toddler playgroups (Hong Kong)

Hello all, I just moved to Hong Kong and I am looking for a kind of toddler playgroup for my 10 month old son or even better other mums with tods to meet for coffee, lunch or at the playground while the Kids more or less entertain themselves. We stay at Quarry Bay so of course something/somebody nearby would be perfect. But any other region which can be reached by MTR is also fine.
