The best pet/house sitting couple for the holidays (Hong Kong)

Hello Everyone!

We're a young(ish) professional couple (advertising, programming, artificial intelligence, whatnot) traveling across Asia for a couple of months, and we had this idea that it would be great to actually stay in one place for more than a week during the holidays. Maybe even a real home with normal sized soaps! So we thought about house sitting: taking care of the home, plus cats/dogs/hamsters/goats or any other form of life people leave behind when they go away for the holidays - maybe expats visiting home for Christmas, etc. We do have extensive experience with pets.

In an ideal world, -we thought- we could do this in Hong Kong, which would be a great place to spend the holidays. And we'd like to believe in an ideal world.
