Trip to Hong Kong

Hi,

In September I am going to visit Hong Kong for a couple of days. I would like to move there for my next job and I therefore would like to experience the day-to-day life prior to making a final decision. As I have absolutely no idea, I would very much appreciate your help.
Does one of you can recommend anything I should definitely do or see?
Does one of you know if there is a running club that I could join as a visitor whilst being there? Since I am very passionate about running but I have no idea where one can do this best, I would like to meet others and run in a group.
