What you will do:
•Delivering extraordinary customer service by responding to inquiries concerning customer accounts in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
•Growing and nurturing customer relationships on each and every call that result in measurable card member value.
•Documenting necessary account information and offering enhanced solutions that benefit the customer..
•Working in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotating shift, and structured call centre environment.
What you will need:
•Customer service experience is essential.
•Flexibility on both day and evening schedules, including weekends.
•Strong verbal communication skills including active listening in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
•Exceptional relationship building skills with a desire to meet and exceed customer expectations.
•A smile in your telephone voice and the ability to grasp and retain large volumes of information is essential.
