VP RECRUITMENT / HR LEAD - International Bank (Hong Kong)

Deputy of the HR team

Protected content of recruitment experience, preferably in Banking & Financial Services industry
Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Management and HR Management
Accountable for staff and recruitment data analysis and regular management reporting
Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute all staffing activities, such as recruitment, selection, offer negotiation, on-boarding, till probation assessment.
Lead and supervise junior staff on daily operations
Manage daily operational matters in recruitment and staff movements
Work closely with line managers on headcount planning, control recruitment process, give advice on candidate selection and offer negotiation
Enhance and facilitate the process of new joiners’ on-boarding and probationary assessment
Streamline and facilitate the process of staff entry, exit, and transfers
Strong managerial, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
