I've been trying to find fat-reduced milk in HK but the only options I've found are fresh milk and reduced-fat milk drink. I know fresh milk is just whole milk but what exactly is milk drink? Some told me that milk drink was milk or milk powder mixed with water, but the ingredients listed are fresh milk, skimmed milk, and vitamin D. I'm so confused. When I was living in the U.S., I had never seen any milk drink before. Reduced-fat milk in the U.S. is made by removing part of the cream from whole milk so the fat content is less. Milk with added vitamins are still named as milk, not milk drink. I found milk products in HK misleading and suspicious. Do you guys have any tips on finding real reduced-fat milk in HK?
