Which area is the best to live in? (Hong Kong)

Hello there,
I am about to move to HK and looking for a quiet, green, safe area to live in.
It does not matter if it's far from Central area as long as there is a subway and the place is peaceful.
Any suggestions? My budget is about 10.000 HKD.
