9th POLISH FESTIVAL (Houston)

Houston’s 9 th Annual Polish Festival,
Saturday May 2 and Sunday May 3, Protected content .

The Houston Polish Festival is a celebration of the food, the music, the language, the customs and the culture of the Polish people. The Festival, the largest Polish festival in Texas, is held on the grounds of Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish located at Protected content Drive, 1.5 miles north of the Katy Freeway. Traditional Polish food such as pierogi (stuffed dumplings), golabki (cabbage rolls), bigos (hunter’s stew) and kielbasa (sausage) as well as a huge assortment of traditional cakes and desserts lovingly prepared by our parishioners will be available. Enjoy live Polish music all day on the main stage presented by local artists and musical groups from the parish. Traditional Polish songs will be performed by the church’s youth and adult choirs throughout the day and several musical and dance performances will be presented by the parish’s Polish folk troupe, Wawel.
