Provide principal administrative support to the workforce department at the Katy office of Houston Community College. Make administrative judgments and decisions to keep office functioning smoothly and organized in the absence of supervisor.
-Compile and format information and statistics into coherent specialized reports.
-Prepare basic reports such as enrollment, room utilization, personnel
-Assist with the coordination of special projects.
-Handle written and verbal confidential information.
-Assist in budget planning, tracking, monitoring transactions, and generating reports for multiple budgets
-Create and maintain spreadsheets.
Enjoy working with diverse groups: students, faculty, community leaders and other departments within the college. Must be detail-oriented, be able to work on several projects at one time, working experience of Word, Excel, PP and PeopleSoft (a plus).
