International Operations Director (Houston)

Manage a team responsible for Production Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, HSE, and Operations Security and act as central Operations interface with Noble’s Israel Leadership, Partners, and Government Regulators through ongoing comprehensive oversight of Noble’s Drilling, Projects, and Production Operations in Israel.
Lead and optimize Production Op’s, PSCM, HSE, and Op’s Security efforts in Israel
Responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all aspects of Noble’s Eastern Mediterranean Operations, including:
Work with (and across) Drilling, Projects, and Production teams to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through logistics, procurement, and schedule optimization
Provide Israel leadership team with a central point of contact for all operational matters
Represent Noble in partner and government meetings with respect to all operational matters
Hold regular meetings with Ministry of Energy and Water to keep them informed of all operational matters
Exploration, appraisal, and development drilling programs
Tamar, Leviathan, and Cyprus A projects
Mari-B and Tamar production
Storage and operations readiness

Job Requirements Additional Detail

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering preferred
Protected content of industry experience including drilling, major projects, and producing operations
Knowledge of industry trends, performance and standard metrics
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work across and influence multi-disciplinary teams
Demonstrated proactive work ethic and professional achievement
Excellent teamwork and leadership skills

Working Conditions
Based in Israel, normal office environment with periodic travel between Houston, Israel, and Cyprus
