Summary: Servicing Manager
Description: Sente Mortgage is seeking a Servicing Manager to manage and develop its new servicing department. In this position, you will liaise with agencies (Fannie Mae to start) and our sub-servicer, and be responsible for the successful establishment of best-in-class servicing policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and other requirements.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of general servicing management experience with all aspects of servicing (investor accounting, escrow management/analysis, and default servicing). Also required is a good understanding of onboarding loans and the data integrity issues that accompany transferring MBS. You should have professional, polished, and clear verbal and written communication skills and a customer-centric attitude, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. A bachelor’s degree and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred.
