Looking for female/male to share 2BR/2BA condo (Houston)

I just relocated for work to Houston a few days ago. I'm looking for a female/male roommate to share a 2BR/2BA condo downtown.
I'm a 44-year old professional female. A non-smoker and responsible person. I'm college educated and very respectful. I'm looking for a like-minded person, who doesn't mind having a roommate and also respects privacy. I'm easy to get along with and always keep a positive outlook.
I like to socialize and work out.
I'm not a partier nor do I have children. I do travel for work. I'm a corporate flight attendant.

I currently live in a house in Clear Lake with friends, but would prefer a more centrally located place close to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.
