maid/nanny (Houston)

hi all, our family will relocate from Singapore to Houston this summer. Our kids are 7, 5 and 2. We are both working parents so we are looking at options for nanny/maid to pick up kids after school, do homework, prepare dinner, etc... Do you have any recommendations ? What budget should we look at ? Here in Singapore it is common to have live-in helper who will do both baby sitting and housekeeping. Thanks in advance for your tip and advice, as we will have no family and will need someone reliable to look after the children and help us a bit with housekeeping.
