Medical Consultation (Houston)

Hello.
I move to Houston almost two months ago because a job opportunity. Now my family will join me and I was wondering, since they have TD visas (companion) and no medical insurance. How or what we have to do if my kids or wife get sick? Is there a way to go with a particular Doctor and he can consult and prescribe us? How should I have to look for?

I hope somebody can advice with my question.
