Survey Repatriation Management (Houston)

Hi everyone!

My name is Irina Rimarenko. I am doing my MBA with major in International Human Resources Management. I am currently working on my Master’s thesis. I’m looking to collect information on the repatriation process of managers who have returned home from foreign assignments.
The research problem that I want to investigate is the challenges coming alone with the repatriation process. Specifically I am interested in what can managers do in order to keep the employees and how should they motivate them so they can use the knowledge the expats have learnt during their stay abroad. Any information about programs you have in place to facilitate this process would be much appreciated.
I will really much appreciate if you could fill out the questionnaire as best as you can. It should take no longer than ten minutes and all the information will be kept confidential and only used for academic purposes.
