Cost of Living in Islamabad

Hi Fellow Expats,
I am moving to Islamabad in August, I was wondering if any one here can help me on the cost of living in Islamabad. My accommodation and utility bills are paid for by my company so just need a quote on cost of food, nappies, baby food, fuel (car) ect per month.
