Family and Sports Activities in Islamabad

Hi, I've just recently settled in Islamabad with my family but I am finding it difficult to find sports clubs or other activities for my boys aged 8 and 9. Can anyone recommend any clubs or sports facilities for them?
I would also like to meet up with any other European women (with or without children ) but have had no luck - any recommendations?
