Gym classes for Yoga, Pilates, Spinning (Islamabad)

Dear friends,
would like to know if the US Sports club also offers classes like Yoga, Pilates, Spinning or if there are other nice and well equipped gyms where they do ?
Can you ski near Islamabad ? Distance ? Infrastructure is ok ?
Would love to get in touch with other sports fanatics like me to go and work out together, play squash, badminton, go skiing, attend gym classes, etc..
