Metro Cash & Carry (Islamabad)

Can I become a customer of Metro Cash & Carry Islamabad or I should have a running business in order to be entitled to purchase from there?

There are other similar supermarket that allow "en detail" purchase but in a similar way as Metro, using a shopping cart in order to transport what you bought from the market to your car in the parking place?
