Workshop - Sushi for beginners (Islamabad)

howdy,

a couple months ago, i took my wife and daughter for sushi at the Marriott.

not cheap, but a good night out.

while there, i got chatting with the sushi chef, and asked him if he would be willing to put on a workshop, and he said he would be interested.

so, i'm figuring if we had 10 committed people, willing to cough up say 2-5,000 PKR each, we could probably set something up including the bamboo matts for rolling, some proper cooked rice, a selecting of veggies and fish, and away we go.

anyone think this would work?
