A serious eater's guide to the city (Istanbul)
For much inspiration, I came accross the Protected content of
"Istanbul Eats, exploring the culinary backstreets"
and was wondering whether to order a copy or not?
This sounds like a very comprehsensive book incoporating
reviews of eateries all over the big city (Büyük Ada, Beylerbeyi,
...). Anything that goes off the beaten tracks would be of interest.
Any recommendation from other serious eaters?
