Administrative Assistant Position (Istanbul)

Dear all,

I am looking for a personal assistant with excellent English/Turkish skills. The job will also involve project management. For more information about the company I run, please visit Protected content . The site is undergoing some changes at the moment, nevertheless is it operational.

Job description:

-Starting hours: 4 and gradually increasing with time as needed,
-Assist management with all administrative duties,
-Basic book-keeping duties,
-Project Management,
-Social Media maintenance and presence,
-Able to fill forms and communicate professionally with clientele and partner organisations,
-Coordinate duties with other colleagues and contractors.
-Charity oriented person. You will notice that this is a business-for-charity model.

Additional notes:
-It is a big plus if you speak Arabic as well
-Nonsmokers highly preferable
-Bonuses and development opportunities for high performers
-Work hours/location are somewhat flexible

4 hours part time employment
1,200 TL first month
1,500/Per Calendar Month (PCM)

6-8 hours employment
2, Protected content TL/PCM

*Above figures do not include bonuses.

PS. I am also in the process of opening other companies in London. There is always the possibility for relocating high performing staff to UK and other countries in the long term.
