Advice for hotel and restaurant (Istanbul)

Hello everybody,

Next month I have a group of people visiting Istanbul for a couple of days from France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Poland and Netherlands. As I am the host I will organize the hotel and the restaurant. I need your point of view here that you liked/enjoyed places in Istanbul from the foreigner point of view.

- I need a hotel at a walking distance from Grand Bazaar. It also must have a nice meeting room to fit 12 people. I know the Antik Hotel and it is great but it is booked for the dates I need. So I need an adivce here. The check must not be above 80 Euros per person.

- I also need a restaurant which has Bosphorus view and great Turkish food (preferably kebap and meze). The check must not be above 35 Euros per person. This location must be as close to the hotel as possible.
