(Aile) ikamet EXTENSION - New online application (Istanbul)

Hi guys,

I just tried to make the new online application for the EXTENSION of my aile ikamet at this website: Protected content

It looks like that the new web form has a corrupt validity check for e-mail-addresses which results in not being able to process the application! Unfortunately the e-mail address must be filled out as they are used for direct contact in case of missing documents etc.

Did anyone of you run into the same problem? Is there any solution for it?

My wife talked to an officer of the ministry who confirmed that the web form at the time being is broken due to the corrupt e-mail validity check.
Solution until the web form works again: Fill out the form, but do not click into any e-mail address field! After everything else is filled out, at the bottom of the page click "continue", print out all documents and then fill out the e-mail addresses manually in the print out.
