Any international calling plans available? (Istanbul)

Hi,

When I lived in France a few years ago, we were able to get a landline with unlimited international calling for maybe 29 Euros. Super cheap (maybe because the landline is going out of style). Is there any option in Istanbul similar to this? I have Skype to go but it only allows my family to call me from the US without making any special calling arrangements like dialing a calling card, entering in passwords, etc. Currently you cannot call with Skype to go from your cell phone in Turkey to a US number.
