Any other dog owners here? (Istanbul)

I recently relocated to Istanbul after 12 years in London and will be bringing my small dog over in mid-March. We are based on the European side, in Cihangir.
I'd love to get to know some other dog-owning people here, expat or otherwise. My Turkish skills are not great yet but I'm working on it!
