Assistant for Manager (Istanbul)
Sales & Marketing Manager who is in short term rental bussiness is looking to hire an assistant . This is home office based on Kurucesme and Taksim location. In this position, you will coordinate and communicate with new guests arrivals, departures, house maintance, cleanning programme, transfers, and daily needs.
Sales or marketing experience on the websites with foreign countries is necessary. The training period will be about 4 months long. You will be paid.
Best organisation skills. To organise and control more than Protected content at the same time.
Attention, desire, interest.
Creating solutions in any stress cases. Positive and clever.
Minimum : Upper intermadiate English and Turkish speaker. Any additional language is added advantage.
Internet : Updating web-sites , content (text) writing , renewing adverts, insert new adverts,
writing /replying e-mails.
Hotel, hostel, home trouism sales experineces will be advantage. (Booking, Agoda, VNR )
Clever, fast learner, hard worker.
Live in Taksim or Beşiktaş area.
Suitable for night arrivals check in which is rarely
Cleaning, shopping, packing, moving in and out.. It is an active job. Not stable !
Lives around kurucesme, ortakoy, besıktas, taksim, harbiye, kurtuluş.
Very flexibile at working hours. It is not from 9am to 6pm jobs… Your day offs, your time and work will be organised weekly.. All I need you to reply messages immediately even in the night.
You will have laptop and mobile.
