Attending Functions (Istanbul)

I have a little observation of events and I will use the upcoming Chinese New Year event.
I am aware Internations is not an expat site but one for all nations be it the base country and others coming together. I value having Turkish nationals at events. But I do feel I need to draw attention to the fact that in the instance the Chinese New Year event Protected content are Turkish which limits the involvement of people from other countries to attend. I would think this is just as a disappointing for Turkish nationals who are attending the event to meet foreign people for friendship and business networking. If Turkish nationals are attending function where two thirds of the room are from their county they may just go to local functions.
So I am a little confused this situation has not been addressed before.
Can I suggest that there is a quoter of Protected content Turkish nationals to give an opportunity for foreigners to attend and say two days before the event if there are any remaining places Turkish nationals that are on a waiting list are able to attend.
I am not attending the event as it is fully booked out.
